The role of the Customer Consultant is to help us to deliver our company mission - 'Financial Recovery - Helping Each and Every Customer'. They do this by speaking to our customers on a daily basis, understanding their individual situation, showing empathy and respect, and providing fair outcomes and positive experiences.
The starting salary is £16,700 and will increase over time. You will also be eligible for an up to 5% performance related bonus, pension, and 22 days holiday.

The role is 100% telephone based in an exciting and vibrant environment. It is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week including early shifts, day shifts and evening shifts, as well as 2 in 4 Saturday mornings.
