A great opportunity has arisen to join a reputable organisation in Malvern. Our client specialises in the development, sourcing and supply of products throughout the world and are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Your main responsibility will be to cover reception but also offer administrative support to people within the business. Key duties will include; meeting and greeting visitors, taking phone calls and forwarding messages on, sorting and distributing post, booking and preparing meeting rooms, ordering/replenishing stationary, managing/booking travel arrangements for staff and general site management/administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a confident and enthusiastic individual with high energy levels. You will have exceptional communication skills, be able to build rapport with people of all levels and show a professional manner at all times. Previous experience in a similar Receptionist/Administrator position is essential along with the understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and an ability to pick up new systems quickly.
