We are looking to recruit a Client Liaison Administrator to join our Maintenance department, this is an office based role reporting to the Account Manager. The main purpose of this role is to be the first and last point of contact for our commercial clients.
Training on the in-house Company systems will be provided however we will require candidates to have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Key responsibilities involved for this role are:
• Inputting jobs to the in-house system
• Managing incoming work requests to be distributed to engineers
• Updating client portals with required information, certification etc
• Updating clients with the status of works
• Assisting clients with queries
• Pricing and requesting uplifts
We would also expect candidates to be polite and able to converse clearly and efficiently over the phone with both engineers and clients as well as having some level of supervisory experience.
