Property and Facilities Manager
Property and Facilities Manager - Location: M4 Corridor/Southampton - must be flexible and able to undertake regular UK & ROI travel including overnight stays
We are looking for a Property & Facilities Manager to undertake a UK & Ireland remit: a key member of the recently created Property and Facilities team the role has the primary responsibility of ensuring the efficient delivery of Property & FM services across the businesses.
In this new role the Property & Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the FM & Travel Service Desk providing technical advice, support and mentoring to allow the team to provide a first class service, supporting the development and evolution of various consolidated FM contracts, leading on planned and reactive maintenance throughout the portfolio and establishing and implementing realistic performance measurement indicators, monitoring compliance, and benchmarking across the property portfolio.
We would like to discuss the opportunity with experienced Property/Facilities Managers who are ideally members of BIFM and possess a general certificate in NEBOSH or equivalent. A strong track record of managing a Service Desk and its processes, along with knowledge of Corporate Travel Management will provide a distinct advantage when applying.
Experience in the property management lifecycle, proven ability to manage a multi-site portfolio, knowledge of FM contracts and building maintenance along with the ability to engage and manage the expectations of partners, senior management and other stakeholders are key to success in this position.
