Accounts Administrator

£19,000 per annum

Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm

Our Stoke on Trent based client are looking to recruit an ‘Accounts Administrator’ to join their successful finance department on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that can offer you development and a long lasting career.

Duties as an ‘Accounts Administrator” include:

* Oversee Purchase Ledger
* Raising purchase order, processing invoices and organising payments
* Sales ledger
* Reconciling suppliers statements
* Checking credit card payments
* Daily use of SAP
* Prepare all payment runs
* Bank Reconciliation


* Experience within a similar accounts role
* Organised and excellent attention to details
* Knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not essential
* A valid driving license due to location and the need to go to the bank with cheques etc
