We are looking for an exceptional all-rounder for an exciting opportunity in the Dudley area. This is a new role supporting the Facilities Manager in a busy and fast-paced office. You will be required to adapt to an ever changing role and be happy to take on varied responsibilities. You will be required to carry out the following tasks (amongst others):
• Coordination of the facilities management for 4 sites of the business including floor walking, maintenance checks and health and safety reporting
• Management of document processes including timesheets, expenses and holiday and sickness reporting
• Maintenance of the budget tracker, raising sales invoices and processing finance documents
• Liaison with suppliers, producing quotes and handling finance queries
• Assist with the set up of meeting rooms and post room coordination
• Attendance of regular team meetings in order to understand business needs and develop processes accordingly
This is a full-time permanent role in which you will be required to be adaptable and work effectively as part of the team. There is parking available on site and this business offers a diverse and sociable working environment.
