Headturner Search are delighted to be working with a household name within the county’s legal industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised legal secretary to work in a fast paced legal firm with a family business culture.

You will be supporting a Partner of the firm, ensuring first class customer service to our clients this will include:
- General secretarial activities including inbound and outbound calls, typing and photocopying
- Scheduling appointments
- Creating and managing accurate time recordings
- Occasionally visit clients on partner behalf
- Ensure that all work carried out is to the highest standards possible
- Ensure confidentiality and security in maintained

- Excellent communication skills in all forms
- Excellent telephone manner for both inbound and outbound calls
- Strong touch and audio typist
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- Knowledge of SOS would be desirable
- Outstanding organisational skills
- At least 1 years’ experience working as a Legal Secretary
