Administrator (Full Time Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm)

Birmingham, B37 (Must be able to drive)

Starting ASAP for 8-10 weeks


Administrator required on a full time basis to work with our leading Construction contractors.

The Company:

An excellent opportunity has become available working for one of our prestigious client based in Birmingham, who is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team, this client works within the construction industry on a variety of education, colleges, commercial and retail contracts, they are looking for an experienced Administrator who will be working in the construction industry.

The Role:

You will be managing all O&M / Health and Safety files, collating information and organising, chasing and missing documents and working to tight deadlines to ensure all documents are completed on time for each site team, travel to site may be required as and when, it is essential you can drive

Key Skills:

* Excellent I.T skills and conversant in Outlook emails, Word and Excel
* Must be organised and able to work to tight deadlines, along with being methodical
* A minimum of 3/4 years’ experience working within a similar role
* Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
* You must be able to commit to 8-10 weeks
