  • Matching purchase invoices to delivery notes
  • Posting purchasing invoices ensuring nominal are correct
  • Processing monthly cheque run
  • Processing monthly credit card statements
  • Posting supplier and customer payments
  • Credit control
  • Dealing with prepayments, accruals and journals
  • Assisting with month end procedures
  • Assisting with general office duties such as answering the phone when required
  • Assisting with VAT returns
  • Ideally provide weekly payroll holiday cover


Preferred Experience

  • Sage 50
  • Excel
  • Good understanding of VAT
  • AAT qualified/part qualified
  • Sage Payroll
  • Experience of international trade

Salary: £16,000 - £20,000 depending on experience

Temporary to Permanent

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm 40 hours per week
