Your new role
Provision of excellent customer service by consistently providing the efficient taking of orders, effective handling of all enquiries and issues, taking ownership of customer calls and following through to resolution. Building relationships with customers and providing seamless communications internally and externally.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics and English, have worked in a role which had regular customer contact, have the ability to manage own workload in a high volume environment and experience of working in a team based telephone service operation. You will ideally have an understanding of SAP and previous experience of working in a high volume telephone environment.
What you'll get in return
You will have a temporary position based in Rugby for a minimum duration of 6 months and there could be the possibility of it going permanent. The hourly rate will be based upon an annual salary of GBP19,000. The hours for the position are either 08:00 to 16:30 or 08:30 to 17:30.
