We are seeking a full-time Pastry Chef to join our large and experienced team of Chefs who provide high quality cuisine in our busy catering department. Experience of producing high volume, high quality desserts, pastries and cakes will be essential for this post, together with sound knowledge of food hygiene regulations and food production related health and safety. Hours of work will be 35 per week on rota between 7.00am - 7.00pm to provide cover 7 days per week. Interviews for this post will include practical cooking tests to demonstrate ability. A competitive salary will be offered, dependent on qualifications and experience.
