Rugby is the largest site within the Britvic group, producing up to 50% of the company's volume. The factory has 6 lines, producing Can, PET and Aseptic products within the Juices, Carbonates and Sports Drinks categories. Major brands produced at the site include Pepsi, 7UP, Tango, Gatorade and Fruit Shoot. As FM / H&S Administrator, you will work to achieve the required Compliance Standards expected by the site and the administration required by the Site Engineering and Operations team.

About the Role
  • Carry out all duties within the Facilities Management remit to ensure the required site standards are maintained and report on performance targets are required.
  • Carry out all administration tasks as set and agreed by the Site HSE Manager.
  • Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with the Quality, Food Safety and Health and Safety standards as specified in the relevant site documentation.
  • Work towards continuous improvement in performance for self and team.
  • Communicate effectively on all issues relevant to the position.
  • Train others to approved standards as required.
  • Maintain the required standard including office housekeeping in all the operational areas, following laid down 5s procedures.
  • Work closely with the sites Facilities Management Supervisor to ensure compliance to their Service Level Agreement

  • Basic standard of education, capable of achieving NVQ level II or equivalent
