Do you have at least 2 years’ experience working as an administrator in an IFA practice or similar financial services role?

Do you have a professional and friendly telephone manner and are able to offer excellent customer service?

Are you able to confidently submit mortgage and protection applications with an eye for detail and accuracy?

We are a firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Telford, looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious addition to our small, friendly administration team. We specialise in mortgages, protection, investments and retirement planning, so candidates must have previous experience working closely with financial advisers and be able to build relationships with colleagues, insurers and product providers.

Responsibilities

Obtain illustrations, comparisons and research from Platforms and Providers

Compile review packs and produce valuations for existing clients

Processing of mortgage, life, investment and pension business through to completion

Maintain accurate client records and respond to written and telephone enquiries from IFAs and clients

Salary negotiable upon experience. Flexible hours would be considered for the right candidate.
