Aspire to HR is part of the National Collaboration Outreach Programme (NCOP), which supports the government’s goal to increase the number of disadvantaged young people entering higher education by 2020.  Aspire to HE covers the areas of Sandwell and Dudley, Walsall and Wolverhampton and Telford and Wrekin.

Telford College is looking to appoint a confident and capable individual to ensure the effective running and delivery of our HEFCE funded National Collaborative Outreach Programme (NCOP).

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for queries from a wide of stakeholders.  You will be required to work accurately with attention to detail, with excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for working in the area of Widening Participation.  The post will be based at Telford College, but will require the successful candidate to work on a flexible basis, including travel to alternative locations and some evening/weekend work.
