Position: Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD)

Location: Ledbury, Herefordshire

Salary: GBP33,000 per annum (GBP16.92 p/hour) + excellent benefits

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Ledbury, Herefordshire. The home is ideally situated close to public transport links, local shops and amenities. This service provides person centred nursing care to elderly residents with a range of physical health conditions. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them to ensure the smooth running of the home.

Person Specification: we are currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD- all with be considered) to work in this service on a full time basis as a Deputy Manager. You must have some post-qualifying nursing experience, ideally within a similar environment. Previous management is essential for this position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge, are essential. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC. All applicants must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK.
