Proactive Personnel Ltd are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Cannock. We are currently recruiting the role of Customer Service Administrator to join an existing team. Our client is a well established company offering exciting opportunities for Candidates who are looking for development and progression.

The Job Role:

  • Contract administration & management
  • Responsibility for retrieving all relevant customer / job data
  • Maintaining accurate customer and enquiry information
  • Effective communication with customers in line with their agreement
  • Work according to company processes (including quality checking) and KPI's
  • Accurate file management in line with customer's agreement
  • Liaising with credit control
  • Daily completion of invoicing, responding to invoice queries in a timely manner
  • Customer call handling - inbound & outbound
  • Pricing / Proposal creation - accurate proposals, following authorisation process if necessary
  • Closing orders -ensuring we capture all revenue and follow termination process
  • Liaising with Sales Engineers and National Accounts Managers
  • Communicating and building strong business relationships
  • Liaising with Service Engineers, Logistics Coordinators as appropriate.

Experience / Requirements:


  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Proven Administration Experience
  • Must be able to use your own initiative
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Must be able to drive due to location.


  • Excel Intermediate - Intermediate
  • Use of Movex / M3 System
  • Available Immediately
