Job Description:

Arden Personnel are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for;

  • Carrying out all required administration tasks
  • Scheduling information and data into Word and Excel format for issue to the client
  • Collating information for the O&M and writing scopes (in house training will be given)
  • Producing tech subs and RFI (in house training will be given)
  • Answering the phone and diverting calls
  • Using Dropbox and Cloud base software

The Successful Applicant:

To be considered for this Contract Administrator role you will need to have;

  • Previous experience within the Building Services for Commercial Building industry
  • Excellent communication and written skills with good attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and email
  • Have a positive "can do" attitude
  • Driving Licence and own transport
