Insurance Administrator


GBP18-20k Base Salary

9:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday

City Blue Recruitment are currently looking for a couple of financial administrators to join one of our key clients in Cannock. The role itself will be liaising with customers and discussing life and home insurance policies that have been put in place by one of the advisors.

You will be supporting the advising team with all administration duties and acting as a friendly point of contact. The role will require you to be proactive, confident and driven. The office is vibrant and full of great people and there is a fantastic option for career progression.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a people person and have a great eye for detail. You will have a lot to learn so you need to be able to retain information quickly.


  • Contacting policy holders
  • Administrative Duties
  • Acting as a friendly point of contact.
  • Assisting the advisor department.
  • Building a strong knowledge base

You must have:

  • Financial administration experience.
  • A positive, can-do attitude
