Our client is a leading leisure business, renowned for their fantastic customer experience. They are now looking for an inspiring area manager to join their dynamic team!

So what does the role of an Area Manager involve?

Being hands on you will oversee the profit and loss of your area and be highly visible across your portfolio of stores in Central England stretching from Aylesbury to Birmingham and across to Milton Keynes.

With responsibility for setting and achieving stretching targets for your teams you will be leading from the front and take an active role in supporting the stores with merchandising, training and development and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained and driven forward.

You will work with head office functions to ensure the brand is forward thinking and continually looking to improve.

What qualities will you need to be successful?

Ideally based South of Birmingham and North or London also covering parts of East Midlands and Northern Home counties, you will be an existing area manager with a fast food/casual dining/gym/leisure background.

You will be a natural leader, and someone who is as comfortable working on the shop floor as well as head office.

You will be commercial in your mind-set and must be a first class leader and communicator. You will be able to demonstrate driving sales through your own initiative, not just those set by the business.

You must thrive off a past paced environment and love to be hands on in your role, understanding the every increasing complexity of our client business.

Your people skills will be unmatched as will your desire to support those around you develop and evolve as the business continues to grow.

A degree educated individual is preferred for this role, but it is not essential.

What are the Benefits?

The client is offering a salary of up to GBP62,000 + car/allowance + bonus + benefits.
