A national manufacturer / distributor requires a HR Business Partner to join their business for an exciting opportunity in Rugby.

This role sits within a wider team of HR Business Partners reporting in the HR Director. You will be responsible for partnering the business and providing them with a consultancy service across the full HR remit. As a partner to the business you will be tasked with driving forward change, HR initiatives, and upskilling managers through coaching in developing their ability to deal with HR related matters. You will work closely with the HR administration team, comp & bens, and training & development to ensure HR process is followed.

You will communicate and support all HR change matters, including planning and executing organisation design projects.

Provide guidance and support surrounding policies on reward and recognition, as well as support the annual salary reviews.

Other duties include:- deliver development plans to support succession planning, supporting the business in developing recruitment strategy for key roles, monitoring performance, support and advice with Trade Unions negotiations, TUPE, apprenticeship schemes and much more.

To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally already be operating at HR BP level, with CIPD preferred. You will need to be able to illustrate a collaborative approach in a changing environment. There will be some travel required with this role (likely once a week).
