My client is looking for a structural engineer with a minimum of 2 years post graduation experience

Is one of the fastest growing multi-disciplinary consultancies in the West Midlands, they are currently looking to bring a graduate in to place on to their ICE credited training programme to help the individual get chartered in the shorted amount of time possible. some of the key projects that your new company are currently working on are university accommodation, office blocks in Birmingham city centre and many more.
Your new role
in your new role you will be guided along a well designed and ICE credited training programme to help you gain chartered status if that is the direction that you want to go down. you will also be working with a team of 18 design engineers split 13 structural and 5 civil, the team are rapidly growing with an exciting plan of action for the new year.
What you'll need to succeed
in order to succeed in this role you will need to have a minimum of two years post graduation experience, you will need to be passionate about engineering and a have a can do attitude as the design team within this organisation often help out on site and the civil team often help out with the structural design when needed. so this could be the perfect opportunity for someone to gain experience in more than one discipline
What you'll get in return
your new company are offering a salary of up to GBP30000 DOE with a package that includes a generous holiday entitlement and pension contributions, you will be guided by the Managing director down the ICE training programme to help you again chartered status you will also have loads of exposure to more experienced engineers to help you gain relevant industry experience
