Our client is the largest taxi company in the Midlands and the 5th largest in the country. They offer taxi services, airport transfer, executive travel, courier services and wheelchair accessibility to customers across the Midlands. Having been established for 21 years starting with one car, they have now grown considerably to 4 branches and over 900 drivers.
Committed to on-going staff development and industry innovation, our client is based out of their large, purpose built technology centre in Shrewsbury.

Due to this continued growth, our client is now seeking additional
Call Centre Agents to join their established team.
Call centre agents are a vital and valued part of our clients private hire business. As the public facing, point of contact you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service – Receiving telephone bookings, problem solving, despatch bookings to drivers, handling inbound customer enquiries and administrative duties. Ensuring the smooth operation of the 24/7 business.
Will include weekends, days and nights

- Confident telephone manner
- Good all round communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Eligible to work in the UK
Customer service experience an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
