Senior Process Improvement Manager (EMEA)- Chemicals- West Midlands- GBP65-75K, Company Car + Excellent Benefits

Working with a genuinely innovative and forward thinking chemical company, NES are currently partnering with a global chemical manufacturer, in a pivotal role for the business, in the search for a highly influential and dynamic senior manager, within process improvements & operational excellence.

With a track-record in the chemicals industry, this will suit a chemical engineer, proven at management level, who want to use their passion and flair for identifying & implementing process improvements, to spearhead the companys Process Improvement activities across the EMEA region, with the ultimate objective of accomplishing world class manufacturing excellence.

While based at their chemical manufacturing site close to the West-Midlands, your remit will be regional, so there will be an expectation to travel to other sites across the region as necessary, while you will work with corporate groups globally, in developing engineering & safety standards for the business.

About You

Ideally,you will be a degree qualified Chemical Engineer, possessing strong technical knowledge in the operation of similar chemical manufacturing sites, and will be able to demonstrate significant experience in the principles and tools used in a continuous improvement environment, to ensure consistent application of Lean Manufacturing techniques such as Kaizen and DMAIC.

A natural leader, you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, to drive the vision, daily operation, and support for the EMEA Process Improvement group.
