Lloyd Walsh Consulting are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join a fantastic and growing manufacturing company based in Nuneaton.

Due to an ever increasing work load and a company restructure we are seeking an experienced Sales administrator to be an integral and pivotal part of the sales function.

The company are progressive, successful and growing. This will be a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious & motivated individual to progress.

As the sales administrator you will have the following responsibilities:

- Invoicing goods
- Raising despatch paperwork, booking and dealing with carriers
- Time & Attendance administration (on Timeaware system), including organising of records for attendance, sickness, holidays

- Raising Purchase orders from suppliers to satisfy sales orders and chasing/following up PO's with suppliers.

- Ordering office supplies and general office administration.
- Supporting the Sales Manger with general Customer services support
- Answering phone, dealing with customer enquiries/queries (phone and email).
- Customer service support, consisting of providing replies to customers on lead time, order status etc proactively looking into issue, discussing with production, try to resolve - acting as the first line, before handing onto GM.

Skills and Experience Required

- Sales administration experience in SME manufacturing
- IT skills - competent with email and Office programs including Excel.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good management of time and priorities.
- Organised, self-motivating and driven, and able to use initiative.

Experience of quality systems under ISO9001 would be a real bonus

The Successful sales administrator can expect a starting salary of GBP17-22k dependant on experience.
