Permanent Part Time Telesales Consultant
Group Bureau - Leamington Spa
Salary 16k pro rata plus commission
We are looking for a telesales consultant to join our small friendly sales department on a part time basis working up to 25 hours per week.
We provide software to the care sector and training to a variety of sectors.
This is a multi-faceted role involving developing business for our ICT and Training departments.
A challenging and exciting role, the primary function of which is to contact potential customers UK wide and identify new business opportunities ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business leads.
- Telephone sales
- Booking on line demonstrations of our software
- Creating and maintaining client records
- Data base management
- Market research to identify new business opportunities
The Person: Ideally you will have business to business telesales experience and enjoy the challenge of striving for the next sales opportunity
- A self-starter with a positive can do attitude and the ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships.
- A strong communicator who can demonstrate tact and diplomacy.
- Driven and determined to seek out new business.
- The ability to ascertain customer business needs by listening carefully and offering a solution to meet those needs.
- Strong negotiation skills with the confidence to ask for the business and 'close the sale'.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Professional manner and appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Must be IT literate.
