Are you a Multi Skilled Carpenter with experience of Domestic Maintenance? Are you looking for your next contract in the Leominster area? This could be the ideal job for you! The job is paying up to GBP16 per hour + Van & Fuel.

The Company

The company provide Reactive Maintenance services to housing associations, local authorities and property management companies. They are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join their team on a temporary basis, which could result in a permanent position for the ideal candidate.

The Contract

You will be working out of the Leominster office, covering the Leominster area. The main works will be Reactive Repairs.

Duties will include:

* 2nd fix carpentry works: Doors, skirting and architraves
* Locks, doors and windows
* Any other trades you feel happy turning your hand to: tiling, plastering, plumbing, painting and decorating

The company work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 16:30. There will be opportunities for overtime.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with Housing Associations or Councils.

You will require:

* City & Guilds
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Own Tools
* 2 relevant professional references
