About the IT Service Desk Analyst Role:

*Providing 1st line resolution to calls from internal and external clients and stake holders in relation to IT queries and issues
*Working to ensure SLA's are maintained and met
*Ensuring all incidents and requested are logged accurately, fixed when possible or when not escalated to appropriate level
*Provide 1st class customer service at all times

About you as the IT Service Desk Analyst:

*Posses a professional approach to dealing with customer calls
*Experience in a comparable 1st line support or customer service / contact centre based role could be beneficial
*IT literate, able to use the usual MS Office, Windows packages.
*A logical thinker able to look for solutions to problems effectively
*Capable of working in a fast paced environment
