Service Desk Analyst – A Service Desk Analyst is required to join my clients support team. The role will be logging calls and performing basic diagnostics over the phone.

The role requires the Service Desk Analyst to have experience of working in a Help Desk environment logging calls and performing Diagnostics over the phone. Alternatively you will have experience of working in customer services and an interest in IT.

The Role will involve taking up to 70 calls per day, logging and managing the tickets using systems such as Remedy.

The Service Desk Analyst role will be based in Birmingham and will pay an hourly rate of £9.50 per hour.
