Clinical Unit Manager- Bloxwich, Walsall.
£32,323- £39,049 per annum
(£15.53 - £18.77 per hour +) + paid breaks + excellent benefits
Hours: 40 per week. Days only. Largely supernumerary

Time Recruitment are exclusively representing a reputable and high end national care home provider looking for a Unit Manager.

The facility is of average side provides a large amount of residential care with 20-25 nursing beds on each individual unit, there are 3 clinical units on this site.

The facility takes pride in quality, has a good CQC report and can cater to a variety of nurses due to the varied nature of the units; with 3 units in total you can be guaranteed support off other unit managers and will oversee a small unit compromising of 15-20 beds.

You will be:
- Heavily supported by care staff, nursing staff, other unit managers, a clinical services manager and the home manager alongside a regional manager, area manager, clinical auditors and clinical trainers.
- You will be guaranteed autonomy in your role as Clinical Unit Manager to manage your unit how you see effective whilst following NMC and CQC guidelines and legislation.
- Your role will be a mixture of providing clinical hands of care so you know your patients best
- Directing; supervising and mentoring others to develop their own skills and provide clinical excellence on your unit.
- The role typically offers 2 days clinical the rest supernumerary but this is flexible and negotiable dependent on the needs of the unit.

Your role as Clinical Unit Manager will be to oversee and support the nursing and care staff in all regulatory standards set out by CQC alongside key duties such as:
-Evaluating and development of patient programmes and care
-Managing care assessment process
-Quality assurance and regulatory compliance
-Nursing team management
-Ensuring all mandatory training and inductions are complete
-Completing staff supervisions
-Family Services
-Provide safe processes for the ordering, administration and disposal of drugs
-Report all compliments, comments and complaints
