Deputy Manager required for a well-established Children's Services on the outskirts of Ross-on-Wye
You will hold a level 3 or 4 NVQ / QCF qualification in Children & Young People's Workforce, or equivalent

Due to expansion of our established service in the Ross-on-Wye area, we are seeking a caring, compassionate and committed Deputy Manager to shape the team and provide the support that allows our amazing young people to lead ordinary lives.
Whilst the role of Deputy Manager offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role. We are seeking candidates who have experience working with children and young people as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader, whilst a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature are an absolute must.
