Internal Sales Person Required in Kingswinford 20/25K Basic OTE 30K

The Company
The are a successful Microsoft Partner who sell top of the range technology solutions to leading companies in the UK. The kind of software deals they negotiate start at around £250K. The sales team all work together to get the deal done and the Internal Sales Person is key to making it happen.

They will offer ongoing product training and support, the company is committed to all their staff members and they understand that having the right staff is key to success. My client will promote to field sales if the right person can prove them self.

The Job
You will be working on a database of potential customers in the UK, and telephoning and emailing decision makers and detailing to them the products and services offered and supporting the whole sales process.

You will sell the products and make appointment and support the sales team.

The Person
You will be an experienced telesales, internal sales person who already works within a technology sector or an ambitious internal sales person looking to work in the IT Sector. They don't use KPIs for call rates, but you need to be self disciplined and hardworking as you will have to have no problem with calling a lot of potential customers. You will need a consultative approach and be comfortable dealing with customers over more than one call.
