Day-to-day, you will be following the advice of your mentor, an experienced Senior Teacher who has a personable manner and understands who to positively critique the work of budding teachers. You will be welcomed into the department by the inspirational HoD, a highly skilled practitioner who enjoys a cohesive style of management. Your responsibilities will include communicating directly to the School Leadership Team to ensure the best possible educational outcomes for all pupils.
