A friendly and lively business based near Solihull is seeking a hard-working and process-driven Administration/Data entry assistant to complete a temporary assignment within their team-focussed offices.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, proactive and meticulous individual with an organised and efficient approach to their work.

This varied role will primarily involve:

  • Booking individuals onto training courses

  • Completing administration and data entry duties

  • Handling telephone queries and making relevant outbound calls

  • Updating the databases and ensuring the correct documentation is obtained

  • Managing the systems and completing data entry

  • General ad hoc tasks as and when required

The successful Administration/Data Entry assistant will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ideally administration experience or office exposure

  • Good academics

  • Ability to work well within a team

  • A strong work ethic

  • Good IT skills
