Due to expansion our client, Acer Care, is seeking Home Care Workers in Worcester, Malvern, Ledbury & Bromyard.

As an Acer Care Assistant / Support Worker, you will be caring, friendly, reliable, and patient. You will need good verbal communication skills and have a genuine desire to help others.

Providing outstanding care

You must, therefore, be dedicated to providing the highest levels of care that you can.

No Prior Experience Needed

Although previous experience of care is welcome, it is by no means essential since excellent training will be provided to you.

You will be trained to the very highest standard, so that you will feel confident that you are able to provide the best levels of care to your clients.

Drivers Only

As you will be travelling to visit clients in their own homes, a driving license and your own reliable transport are essential.

Motorbikes and mopeds may be acceptable as well as cars. However, due to the location of appointments, public transport or bicycles would not be suitable.

Excellent pay and conditions

- Excellent pay rates (GBP8.30 per hour to GBP9.30 per hour)

- Holiday Pay and fuel allowance

- Enhancement for weekend work and Bank Holidays.

- Full training to include paid shadowing.

- Comprehensive induction to include City and Guilds Endorsed Care Certificate and on-going professional development.

- Regular support and supervision.

- Opportunity to undertake a QCF Level 2 or 3 or Diploma in Health & Social Care
