This leading-edge Business Centre in Birmingham are looking for an Assistant Centre Manager to join their team.

The role: This role is working in a 5* Luxury Front of House environment in a Corporate reception. It will involve:

    Management of Reception and Cleaning staffSome facilities and Operations ManagementHandling customer accounts and chasing debtsLiaising with staff around administrationWorking with local couriersProviding IT SupportDelivering the highest level of customer service to clients and guestsOther Customer Service duties (billing, invoicing, facilities etc.)
The candidate: The ideal candidate will have:

    A proven track record within a Customer Service environmentPrevious experience managing a team of at least 2 staff membersStrong IT skillsA passion for delivering 5* Customer ServiceStrong communication skillsBe highly presentableExcellent grasp of English both verbally and writtenStrong career aspirationsStrong work ethos
