Customer Service Manager

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager in the Solihull area with our well-established client.

As a Customer Service Manager you will need to have:

  • Experience in coaching people
  • Lead and developed a large team
  • Ability to analyse data and set a strategy for service provided
  • Previous experience of managing leaders
  • A-C in GCSE Maths and English (Or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills

Details:

  • Salary: £35k-£40k
  • Working Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday
  • Location: Solihull
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of a Customer Service Manager:

  • Lead the team to deliver world class service
  • Lead a team of managers
  • Collate, analyse and interpret data to inform the correct departments
  • Help create call centre strategy
  • Implement initiatives
  • Work to exceed targets
  • Forecast and analyse data when required
  • Improve performance by coaching team members
  • Mentor other leaders
  • Address under performance
  • Bring a sense of urgency when customers are waiting to speak to us
  • Encourage the team and create a positive atmosphere
