Senior Procurement Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage projects with significant CAPEX spends across both directs and indirects, using your commercial acumen to deliver end to end strategic sourcing strategy from cradle to grave
  • Drive innovative procurement solutions across the construction category, influencing key stakeholders and communicating both clearly and effectively internally and with third parties.
  • Negotiate contracts to deliver savings targets, maintain robust sub-contract agreements to minimise exposure to risk and maximise efficiency.
  • Enhance savings by building strong relationships with suppliers and streamline the procurement process within the construction category.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Evidence of innovative approaches within a construction procurement function
  • Experience of handling large project spends and managing projects simultaneously, dealing with both contract and sub-contract management.
  • Strong commercial acumen across areas of direct and indirect spending.
  • Ambition to drive the construction procurement strategy with the ability to back it up.
  • Degree (or equivalent)
