We are an expanding distribution company based in the West Midlands. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and service support which has resulted in the expansion of our business. We are currently seeking a full time Sales Coordinator to join our team to work alongside the Sales Office Manager.

You will responsible to the care and support of our clients and customers. Working with the closely to ensure queries and complaints are dealt with, they are aware of our new and existing products and they are fully informed on significant developments.

The responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:

- Receive and support the queries from customers and process theses in a timely manner
- Progress outstanding customers' orders and invoices
- Ensure that clients are updated with delays or any occurring problems
- Gather lead information and sales information which can be passed to Sales Managers
- B2B calls to inform new and existing business of updated products
- Visit customers and clients to discuss updates face to face
- Business development to widen clientele

The requirements of the Sales Coordinator:

- To poses a strong background in sales and sales support
- Ensure that you keep updated with new products and processes in order to sell and update
- Hold excellent communication skills
- Hold a clean driving licence with your own transport

Salary: £17,000- £20,000

Location: West Midlands

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 - 5:00, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

This position can offer the successful candidate an immediate start and onsite parking. The reason the position has arisen to due to expanding the team and the company are a very fast growing organisation.
