We are delighted to now invite candidates to apply for the following newly created opportunity as a Business Process Improvement Manager / Commercial Analyst, based in Wolverhampton.

Youwill be an expert in business processes and challenge the currentsystems in order to get the maximum out of system capabilities.

The successful candidate will work to combine planning process and functional system expertise in multiple areas of our business, including a deep understanding of required master data, to effectively support and provide expertise to key users, projects, and the embedding of business process change.

The Business Process Analyst will need to build credibility along with strong relationships with key stakeholders. Experience of change management principles are therefore key to this role.

Provide training and education to key users in the use of business systems in support of our business processes and play an active role in the creation and maintenance of supporting training documentation.

- Provide expertise and resource to ensure that the department's key business improvement transformation projects are run to time and budget and to a high quality.
- Support project governance
- Develop and maintain strong project governance/programme management across the delivery of all major projects
- Act as a champion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Hands on approach to identifying and understanding current processes.
- Work with Stakeholders to devise process improvement in line with the businesses objectives.
- Agree new process detail.
- Drive through detailed planning and execution of agreed project plan.

- Working with key stakeholders and the global Business Process Consultants, to translate planning concepts, business requirements and high/mid level processes into detailed process design, documentation, and functional use of our existing systems and tools. Enabling sustainable use of our processes and systems.
- Supporting the implementation and embedding of our business processes and functional use of our systems, enabling to maximize the value out of our investments in the area of systems and tools
- Key user support in the functional use of our business processes and tools in the use of our tools and processes
- Building and maintaining a productive Key user network and working with Key users to influence, support and educate business users
- Actively contributing within projects, understanding the requirements from the business, providing expertise in our processes and systems, and translating this in processes and the use of our tools.
