A temporary role for an experienced Procurement Administrator to join a busy office in Cpventry.



Job Summary - This position is responsible for administrative and contracting support for the Team. He/she will be responsible for working with the Contract Manager(s) and Director(s) to facilitate finalisation of contract documents, amendments, and maintenance to contracts managed by the Team. In addition, he/she will assist in facilitating resolution on customer service issues related to the medical device area.



Duties (included but not limited to);

  • Support with all member specific contracting needs for products/services related to any agreement.
  • Facilitate amendments to existing agreements working with both supplier and the contract analyst team to process and amend paperwork and update systems.
  • Liaison between the Customer Care Centre and contract suppliers in regard to member issue resolutions.
  • Assist in the compliance process and work with both data analyst and supplier personnel on tier synchronization.
  • Administer agreements in Salesforce/Docusign, supplier contact maintenance.
  • Assist Category managers in market research, data handling, implementation briefing documents and the maintenance of Salesforce. Support in the contracting process with knowledge of the bravo system and support the filing of all documents in Box.
  • General knowledge of healthcare operations and medical device industry issues
