Who are we looking for?
Joining our team as an experienced Business Manager, you will provide support to the whole sales team in all aspects of vehicle finance and insurance; identifying and sourcing the most appropriate products and services to suit each individual customer’s needs. You will also directly sell finance and additional products and services to our customers whilst ensuring all business is written in line with our policies on TCF.
With a demonstrable history of automotive management you will contribute to the Site’s success by assisting in the daily management of the sales team and by deputising for the branch manager in his absence.
You will be required to keep up to date with all developments in finance, our promotions, and our products / services. You must be able to communicate these clearly to our customers.
What will I be responsible for?
Joining the team as our Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire finance process across the dealership including;
Management of credit applications
Completion of credit paperwork with customers during face to face meetings
Completion of companies FCA regulatory paperwork
Management of the sales admin team.
