Working as a Lead Generation Specialist within our B2B Solutions team, your role will be to develop new leads and business opportunities that will enable us to achieve our high ambitions for growth. These roles are not just about winning us new business through outbound calling and other mass communication techniques; it’s about building strong and trusting relationships with new customers and introducing them to the E.ON Solutions offering. You’ll also work closely with our Account Managers to develop and grow the sales pipeline by researching and analysing new business opportunities to drive our business forward.

What we need from you:

•Effective communication skills both verbally & written
•Solid planning and organisational ability
•Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
•Enthusiastic, highly resilient and determined to succeed in a sales environment
•Strong attention to detail & data entry accuracy
It would be great if you had:
•Ability to generate leads through cold calling
•Previous experience of working in a call centre environment
•Positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
•Energy Industry knowledge and competitor awareness
•Experience of business to business sales & marketing
