Here at E.ON, we have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced call centre team manager to join one of our newest and fast-paced business areas.

Working as a Lead Generation Team Manager within our B2B Solutions team, your role will be to lead and motivate a small team of Lead Generation Specialists to generate new leads for the Solutions sales team through outbound calling campaigns and product trials. This will include managing objectives, performance feedback and providing coaching and support to ensure the team meet their full potential. You’ll also deal with any escalated issues and be expected to contribute to process improvements and project work as required.

You’ll get stuck in and join your team in generating leads through outbound calls and other mass communication techniques, so you’ll lead the way in building strong and trusting relationships with new customers and introducing them to the E.ON Solutions offering. You’ll also follow up on leads and conduct research to identify new potential customers and drive our business forward.

Required profile:

What we need from you:



•Previous experience of managing people within a telesales or call centre environment
•Experience in outbound calling
•Excellent coaching skills
•To be focussed on the customer and providing solutions
•Effective communication skills both verbally & written
•Be able to demonstrate delivery of objectives and driving continuous improvements in performance
•Enthusiastic, highly resilient and determined to succeed in a sales environment

It would be great if you had:



•Previous Solutions sales experience
•Experience of business to business sales and marketing
•An in depth knowledge of all sales processes and procedures
•The ability to take on new challenges, ideas and to adapt to a fast changing environment
