HR Administrator - Part Time
A brand new role has been created within the Human Resource and Personnel team reporting to the HR Manager. The HR Administrator will support the HR vision with a forward thinking innovative approach.
My manufacturing client, based in Staffordshire is a global expert within its field. They have been established for the past 30 years and are affiliated to many leading brands.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Responding to HR correspondence as and when required
New starter and leaver processes, including induction and probation
Working with the HR Manager to ensure the HR system is up to date
Obtaining references for all new starters
Involved with disciplinary and grievances, supporting meetings from an hr prospective
The ideal candidate will have:
previous HR Administration experience
CIPD level 3 ideally
Ability to be flexible with hours
Good attention to detail
Part time 25 hours, £25,000 pro rata. HR Administrator
