A brand new opportunity for a Language Speaking Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Client Details

An International business, with many opportunities and possibilities for the right candidate.

Description

Opening and processing daily incoming post

Daily scanning and matching supplier invoices

Liaising with internal departments to ensure invoices are promptly ready for payment

Assist with resolving goods received not invoiced issues

Processing employee expenses

Assisting with payments and handling supplier queries

General administration duties to assist the Accounts Payable team

Profile

Language Speaking

 PC literate & confident with integrated business systems

 Excellent attention to detail

 Confident and proactive

 Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills

 Strong administration skills

 High level of professional standards, integrity and discretion
