Guest Service Assistant - Warwick

We are recruiting now for a full time Receptionist to work closely with the Hotel Manager based at our Days Inn Hotel, Warwick Services, M40 Motorway, Jct 12/13 &14/12 Banbury Road, Ashorne, Warwick. You'll be the first friendly face our guests see when they arrive and will have the opportunity to make sure everyone of our hotel guests has a Welcome Break. As a Receptionist you'll also have responsibility for maximising occupancy and ensuring that we achieve optimal room rates. If you are obsessive about customer service and delivering brand excellence every shift then this is the role for you. Ideally you'll have some hotel customer service experience, or perhaps as a sales or retail assistant, crew member or in a similar kind of role. What really matters is that you're a hard worker who's always willing to get stuck in and support your team. Excellent communication skills are a must too, plus plenty of enthusiasm and a passion for providing a superb customer experience. We will give you the training to excel in your role. As there will be a requirement to sell alcohol within this role, due to licensing legislation and also night working applicants must be over 18 to apply for this position. This is a permanent contract of 35 hours over 5 shifts per week. There are no split shifts however applicants must be flexible to work on a rota basis. The shifts are 6am - 2pm or 2pm-10pm. Hourly rate is £7.50 per hour. Part time positions also available.
