Project Administrator - Stafford - £18,000
Our client, an established Penkridge based business, require an experienced Project Team Administrator for a 10 Month temporary contract.
Working for a professional business based on the outskirts on Stafford within a fantastic team in a rural setting. You will be hardworking, organised, and a self-motivated experienced Administrator. This is a busy and varied role where you can learn new skills. You will be required to use excel, word and outlook daily and you will work for senior management within the business. You will analyse and input data within excel, collate monthly data for in house bespoke programmes and resolving queries regarding this data. You will provide support for consultants including diary management and liaise with the clients, project co-ordinators and project managers and organise external and internal meetings. Answer the telephone, deal with client enquiries and calls to follow up on meeting invitations. You will also provide general support to consultants and holiday cover for other members of the team.
For this role it is essential that you have Maths and English at GCSE C or above, a good numerical ability and a good level of computer literacy especially Microsoft Excel and Word. The ability to work independently and as part of a team and the flexibility to work to deadlines and under pressure. Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals internally and externally clearly and concisely with a good attention to detail. Working hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm and the role is a fixed term contract for 10 months. Salary £16,000 - £18,000 and onsite parking.
