Looking for a personal Assistant to support the CEO and the Senior Leadership team
£25,000 - £30,000

Working at CEO and senior leadership level with contact to the wider team, this role will suit somebody who is used to a fast-pace professional environment, who works with precision, has excellent communication skills and diplomacy.
As the Personal Assistant, you will provide a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to our CEO and Senior Leadership team in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the Company.
To be successful in the role you will possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Discretion, time management and project planning skills are key to this role.
You will have extensive experience dealing with senior management teams, strong administration experience supporting those at a senior level and come from a professional business background.

Essential Skills:

- Experience dealing with senior management teams
- Strong administration experience at senior level
- Professional business background
- Organisational skills
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage projects concurrently

The following would also be an asset:

- PA or senior team assistant experience
- Experience of board meetings, including minute-taking
- Ability to interpret a CRM
- Ability to conduct research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
