Incident Desk Manager required for a 3-6mth contract based in Central Birmingham to start early September.

As the Incident Desk Manager you are required to ensure the business impacting issues are managed consistently and effectively in adherence with the relevant policies and procedures.

Incident Desk Manager responsibilities:

- Providing 24x7 support function
- Providing accurate and efficient information to key stakeholders
- Management of low severity incidents
- Document time line of key events
- Preparation of Incident Managers handbook
- Handling of multiple incidents at any one time

Incident Desk Manager key skills:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service
- Stakeholder and relationship management
- Excellent problem solving skills
- ITIL Foundation/practitioner in Problem management
