Overview These are exciting times here at Carluccio's as we open brand new restaurants and refresh some too! What will I do Whatever your role, at Carluccio's we develop our teams to be multi-skilled and able to support each other. Which means our chefs love taking food to the table and chatting with our guests, while our waiters jump on the bar to help prep drinks. All our team love to share their knowledge, passion and stories about their favourite products, with just about anyone who will listen! What will I need No matter what your role to be successful you'll do all of these... Thrive in a fast paced customer service environment with your guests at the heart of every decision you make. Love talking with guests and delivering amazing experiences, so being super smiley will be second nature. Create that wow factor with guests by listening, speaking, understanding and delivering what our guests need, sometimes without them even knowing. Plate spinning doesn't cover it; your organisational skills and memory will be put to the test, but you're up to the task. More importantly you find ways to make it fun and involve your guests. Act to deal quickly with troubled guests and being able to come up with solutions that delight. Splits, Early's, Mid's and Late's, you can expect long days around hot cooking elements, lots of covers and large tables, much of it on your feet, but you know that already.
